Principals

Hiro Miyoshi

Founder, CEO & Creative Director

Hiro Miyoshi

Hiro Miyoshi is the founder and chief executive of Hiro Miyoshi Holdings — a group he built from a single chair in Mayfair into an international portfolio of luxury businesses spanning salons, product development, tea and strategic consulting. His career spans over two decades at the highest level of the industry, with a clientele drawn from royalty, finance, media and culture across London, Doha and beyond.

As CEO, Hiro leads the group's strategic direction, product vision and brand positioning. His understanding of the luxury consumer is rooted not in theory but in daily practice — and it is that grounded intelligence that informs every product decision, every market entry, every standard the group sets for itself. The HM Seihin product division, the consulting arm and the group's Japan strategy all bear the mark of his thinking.

Hiro operates at the intersection of craft, commerce and culture — a builder who happens to be a world-class creative, and a creative who thinks like a strategist.

Ivelin Nikolov

Director of Operations & Strategy

Ivelin Nikolov

Entrepreneur, brand architect and the strategic intelligence behind the Hiro Miyoshi Holdings structure. Ivelin has built and directed businesses across luxury services, consulting and product development — and it is his thinking that gave shape to the group's holding company architecture, turning a collection of exceptional individual operations into a coherent, scalable enterprise.

His work spans brand growth strategy, models of operation, international market entry and the commercial structuring of licensing and partnership agreements. Where Hiro brings the creative standard, Ivelin brings the system that protects and extends it — ensuring that what makes Hiro Miyoshi exceptional in Mayfair can be replicated, without compromise, in Doha or any market that follows.

Ivelin leads the group's long-term strategy, investor and partner relationships, and the development of new entities within the portfolio.

Asami Miyoshi

Group Director

Asami Miyoshi

Asami Miyoshi is the operational and strategic backbone of Hiro Miyoshi Holdings — the person who ensures that what is built with vision is delivered with precision. Her role sits across all entities within the group, overseeing day-to-day operations, long-term planning and the structural rigour that allows each business to perform at the level the Holdings demands.

With deep expertise spanning salon management, brand growth architecture and commercial development across luxury service environments, Asami brings both the breadth and the depth that a multi-entity group requires. She understands the details that make a client experience exceptional and the systems that make those details repeatable — at scale, across markets, without compromise.

As the group expands — new locations, new markets, new consulting mandates — it is Asami's work that ensures the foundation holds.

Director, Japan & UK Operations

Kiyoshi Iwata

Kiyoshi brings rare cross-cultural operational expertise built across two decades directing multi-brand operations in Japan's premium retail and beauty sectors and across the UK. Fluent in both markets — their expectations, their rhythms, their demands — he is instrumental in ensuring the group's standards translate without loss across territories.

As the group's Japan strategy develops and the consulting arm deepens its work connecting distinguished Japanese brands with the UK and Middle East markets, Kiyoshi's on-the-ground presence and relationships in Tokyo are a central pillar of that capability. He is the bridge between what the group is in London and what it is becoming in Japan.

Emilija Klimaite

Emilija leads product development and operational process design across the group, working closely with the HM Seihin division and the salon operations team. She brings rare precision to both disciplines — equal rigour applied to a formulation brief and a service protocol. The architecture of how the group does what it does is, in large part, her work.

London

Head of Operations & Administration

Yessica Montoya

Yessica leads the operational and administrative infrastructure of the Holdings and its entities — ensuring the group's day-to-day runs with the same precision it asks of everything else. Calm under pressure, meticulous in execution, she is the organisational backbone of an operation that depends on nothing being left to chance.

She is both a practitioner of the highest order and a guardian of what the brand means at the point of experience.
